Order Processing Times

Our products are made to order. Processing times vary based on the type of item:

  • Vinyl, DTF, and Laser‑Engraved Items: 14–21 business days

  • Embroidery Items: 15–30 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom orders begin after the invoice is paid, as we order supplies specifically for each project.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS using:

  • First Class Mail

  • Priority Mail

For larger orders, we may use UPS, which typically delivers in 2–4 business days.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will assist when possible, but Stone City Threads LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.


Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available, instructions will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
