Most of our products are custom‑made or personalized, which means returns are limited. We want you to love your order, and we stand behind the quality of our work. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


Custom & Personalized Items

All custom orders are non‑refundable unless there is a defect in the material or workmanship.

Custom orders begin after the invoice is paid, as supplies are ordered specifically for each project.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item

We will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Clearance or final‑sale items


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items. Custom items cannot be exchanged for different sizes, colors, or designs.
