What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept PNG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) are preferred. High-res PNGs at 300 DPI or higher also work great.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We work with single pieces and small batches. Minimums may vary by service type — we'll confirm during the quote process.
How long does turnaround take?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available — just mention it in your request.
